JavaJohns Coffee Opens First Coffee Shop
After selling gourmet coffee and chocolates on the internet for the past five years JavaJohns Coffee has opened its first store.
Willoughy, OH December 12, 2004 -- JavaJohns Coffee has been selling quality gourmet coffee on the internet for the past five years. The dream of opening a coffee shop has finally come true. John Boehm, founder of JavaJohns Coffee was approached by Gerry Geisinger, a local entrepreneur to discuss a possible partnership in a coffee shop. Within a couple of short months the two had set plans in motion to open the first of hopefully many JavaJohns Coffee shops.
The philosophy of both men is to provide a comfortable, friendly place to come and enjoy some coffee and many of the other gourmet treats that JavaJohns Coffee offers. Some of the offerings, besides the best gourmet coffee around, are Johns own award winning Maddog Chili recipe, gourmet chocolates, including chocolate covered popcorn, chocolate covered potato chips, JavaJohns own gourmet chocolate bars filled with JavaJohns coffee beans, JavaJohns Salsas, and Jams and much more.
As both John and Gerry loved the southwest it was decided to use a southwest theme in the coffee shop. The spacious 2300 square foot area was soon converted into a comfortable and inviting space. With a southwest style fireplace, southwest accents and a mural of a southwest desert mountain on one end of the shop you might think you were in Arizona.
The shop features internet access for its customers, with two computers available as well as WIFI (wireless) access for those who would like to bring there own laptop. A conference room is also available for meetings.
